My name is Carla Russell. I began my ABA journey as a behavior technician in 2020. Since then, I have earned my Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Florida Tech. I am currently pursuing a national certification to become a BCBA. Most of my experience has been with school-aged learners, helping them develop social skills, communicating effectively using different communication domains, and reducing challenging behaviors. I love seeing the amazing things the clients and families I work with can accomplish and thoroughly enjoy the forever growing knowledge the field has to offer.
