Chelsea McLean, BCBA, LBA
I began working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2017. ABA was something new to me, something I had never heard of, but was eager to learn about. I always dreamed of doing work where I was helping people and making a difference. When I started working as a behavior therapist it wasn’t wasn’t long before I fell in love with the work that I was doing. Having the opportunity to work with many different wonderful individuals on the autism spectrum and watching their growth was amazing and rewarding. I made a decision in 2018 to further my studies by enrolling for a graduate program to study Applied Behavior Analysis, with the goal in mind to grow within the field and become a behavior analyst. I earned my board certification this year and have joined the BASICS NW team in my first supervisory position. I’m loving every minute!
